Return Policy

All products must be in new, unopened condition if it is being returned.
Examples of new, unopened products:
- A scope, rangefinder, spotting scope or other optic that has not been mounted or used 

Examples of products that we will will refuse:
- A riflescope that has been mounted to a firearm
- A Leupold optic without the shrink-wrap around the original box
- Any bubble-packed item that has been opened
Refused items will be shipped directly back to you, and will not be credited. You will also absorb the return freight costs.  Make sure to:
- Include a copy of the original packing slip
- Note the Return Authorization number of the outside on the packaging*
- Ship it via a traceable method (UPS, FedEx, USPS w/package tracking)
So please contact us first to get an RA number

Backorder Policy
Backorders tend to run about 18% at our supplier. About 75% of those backorders are due to manufacturer supply constraints. The other 25% are most likely our option and depends on what we have going on in our business.

Our supplier's purchasing department is second to none in the industry.  Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience.  However, there will be times when a back order happens and you will not want to wait.  We will make every attempt to fulfill your order.  Customer satisfaction is the primary goal at Omega Direct.  Contact us to cancel the order. Omega Direct does accept back orders and will get them fulfilled as soon as possible when they should happen to occur.
Shipping Policies
If your package is refused or if UPS returns the package, UPS is charging an Undeliverable Package Return Charge. This amount will be billed to you.
Damaged Goods Policy
What should I do regarding items damaged in transit ?
You should contact the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, RPS, or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number.  We will
not accept merchandise damaged in transit.  All claims must be filed with the carrier.

Is it safe to use my credit card when I order?

Yes, we have a completely secure merchant account system that automatically checks your credit card number and deposits the money into our bank account without anyone even seeing your credit card number or information. So it’s completely secure.


How will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped via UPS.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Usually 7 - 10 business days after you place your order.


What if I'm looking for an item that you don't currently carry?

Due to our ever expanding product line an item we carry may not yet be featured. If you can't find the item you are looking for please contact us with the product name and description and we will do what we can to help.


Do you take international orders?

Unfortunately not at this time. Just orders placed in the USA.
